This policy defines the terms regarding refunds for the Underflow service provided by Individual Entrepreneur Papanov Alexey Sergeevich (OGRNIP 326784700101440, INN 784001770803).
Underflow is a digital service that provides access to music search and discovery tools. Upon payment, the User receives immediate access to the paid features of the Service. Search queries are executed on external platforms in real time and constitute a fully rendered service at the moment of execution.
Refunds for subscription payments and purchased usage tokens are not provided. By making a payment, the User acknowledges that: the service is provided immediately upon payment; each search query constitutes a fully rendered service; the digital nature of the service makes it impossible to "return" consumed resources. This is consistent with Art. 32 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Law No. 2300-1), which permits the consumer to cancel a service contract subject to reimbursement of expenses actually incurred by the provider. Given the immediate and fully automated nature of the service, the cost of rendered services equals the full subscription fee.
In accordance with Federal Law No. 376-FZ (amendments to the Consumer Protection Law effective March 1, 2026), the User may cancel auto-renewal at any time via the Personal Account in the application. After cancellation: access to the paid plan is retained until the end of the current billing period; no further automatic charges are made; the User may remove their payment data from the Service. Cancellation of auto-renewal does not entitle the User to a refund for the current paid period.
If the User believes the service was not provided as described, they may contact the Service Provider at hello@underflow.music. The Service Provider will review the claim within 30 calendar days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the court at the Service Provider's location (Saint Petersburg) in accordance with Russian law.
